I’m delighted to be part of the Broadsides exhibit at KTOO, opening in Juneau on May 6. These are Juneau poets and artists collaborating—from kids to seniors, from well known artists and writers to amazing new exhibitors. Such richness—and it’s part of why I love this place. Thanks to KTOO, our public radio station being generous with their space, and to this collection of people coming together to create and share their work, we have a show. Yesterday at Coppa, our neighborhood coffee and ice cream shop, I got to introduce two contributors to the project who hadn’t met before, and so our connections grow. Hooray for the joint efforts of husband/wife teams Sarah Isto and Gordon Harrison and Richard and Jane Stokes! There will be a reception at the KTOO Building 4:30 to 6:30 Friday night.
